Shipping

We usually process shipments within two business days of receiving payment. The payment term applies to immediate payment or free payment. No shipping will occur for outstanding payment transactions. All orders are sent by eExpress/registered mail with tracking. Delivery time for Germany, France, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom is 7–18 business days. Shipping to other European countries takes a little longer (average 10 to 20 business days).

We ship packages from Hong Kong with Hong Kong Post.
Packages will be delivered to you by the postal service in your country.

Please note that we will not refund the purchase price and shipping costs if the package is seized by customs in your country. We also do not refund shipping costs if the package is returned by customs in your country. Therefore, please ensure that the respective items are legal in your country.

If the package cannot be successfully delivered in the meantime and is returned by the post office due to address problems or because no one is there to accept the package, we will not refund the shipping costs.
