Right of withdrawal

Orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be changed or cancelled. All used or opened items are excluded from return.

If you find that the item is defective (not caused by human factors) or you received the wrong items, Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to request a replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging. To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that we will not refund the purchase price and shipping costs if the package is seized by customs in your country. We also do not refund shipping costs if the package is returned by customs in your country. Therefore, please ensure that the relevant items are legal in your country.

In the meantime, if the package cannot be delivered and is returned by the post office due to address problems or nobody collecting the package, we will not refund the shipping costs.

Damages and problems Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
